 Prayer to Convert 1,000 Sinners

If you want to know a great way to pray for the conversion of sinners, here’s what Our Lord revealed to a French Stigmatist. 

Our Lord gave Marie-Julie Jahenny on September 3, 1925 a very simple way to convert 1,000 sinners every time we receive the Holy Eucharist. He says to her:

“Tell them to rest five minutes on My Heart throbbing with love. Think only of Me by this simple word:

“Thank you, my Beloved, You live in me and I live in You.”

“You see the sweetness you will taste and how you will give Me consolation. Ask of Me, in the fifth minute the conversion of a thousand sinners. It will be a great joy for My Divine Father, for Heaven, I ask you the same favor. I will be there, inside you, infinite goodness, the splendor of all beauties. Only five minutes thinking about Me and asking Me at the fifth minute the salvation of souls. My Divine Heart is overflowing with joy at this request of graces and I will also grant it.”

Immediately after we receive Communion, we are to rest and meditate on Him and His Sacred Heart for five minutes, saying the little prayer He gave, “Thank you, my Beloved, You live in me and I live in You.” then at the fifth minute, ask for the conversion of 1,000 sinners.

Here’s a recommendation: If you don’t have a watch or timer handy you can also use your rosary beads starting from the Crucifix and praying that short prayer along each bead to the very end will take approximately 5 minutes. Then after the 5th minute you can pray, Jesus, please convert 1,000 sinners. 

I believe that you will have a more meaningful communion and fruitful experience if you decide to do this. However, if you don’t notice a change initially don’t give up. Keep praying with faith that you are making a difference by offering up your communion this way. 

Imagine if thousands or millions of Catholics participated in this practice to convert sinners, this world might actually become the better place so many of us dream of.

Testimony:

One day in September of 2018, I asked the Lord in my heart if these prayers were helping to save souls. Then some days later, my oldest son came to me early that morning to tell me of a vivid dream he had. He dreamed that he was in an open field with a man who told him to look up into the sky. And in the sky he saw a vast number of candles floating in the air. The man then told him that there were exactly 1,000 candles in the sky. The day he told me of the dream was September 11th. I took this as a sign that God was confirming that my prayers are helping people. 

So, I hope that you are able to put this into practice whenever you go to mass. Also, regular confession is recommended (monthly only if possible) in order to receive communion in the state of grace.
